Join us at Karelia House Yarn and Fabric for a relaxed and inspiring knitting workshop.
Join Amanda Longstaff for a relaxed and enjoyable knitting class to create your own Log Cabin Cushion Cover. In this day workshop Amanda will teach you haw to work colours in a smaller project so that you can complete your cushion at home. Amanda always has such great support with her students which is so important.
Amanda’s original design is knitted in the round using chunky yarn and 6.00 mm needles, making it a quick and satisfying project that is ideal for building confidence and developing your knitting skills.
The cushion can be knitted with or without colourwork, making the pattern suitable for beginners who are comfortable with basic knitting and purling, as well as more experienced knitters looking to learn new techniques. Amanda will be on hand throughout the class to offer guidance and help you develop your skills.
The finished cover is designed to fit a 50 cm x 50 cm cushion inner or can be used as a flatter chair cushion.
