Retreat Booking Terms and Conditions. 

Please read before booking

Please read this section carefully; by making a booking you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility as the booker to make any other guests in your party aware of them.

Pricing
All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling. We guarantee that the price we quote for this event and subsequently ask you to pay, will not increase once we have accepted your booking.

The total price for your retreat includes food and drink as specified in the event details.

Booking
The lead booker is responsible for making all payments to us.
Please use the booking form to make your reservation. We will provide payment details via email once the booking has been made.
You must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking, and have the authority and responsibility to accept all the conditions on behalf of all members of your party. We reserve the right to refuse a booking and be under no other liability.

Payment
Payment will be through BACS bank transfer, or Paypal (with a £3 service fee).

Insurance
We recommend you take out your own insurance if you are unable to attend the event.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking up to 2 weeks ahead of the event, we will refund 50% of the fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, no refund will be made.
If you unable to attend the event, but wish to transfer to a future event, we will try to accommodate this where possible.
If the retreat is cancelled by Freedom Woolcrafts, you will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid to Freedom Woolcrafts but we will have no further liability or obligation and are not responsible for any other costs you have incurred e.g. travel expenses.

Force Majeure
Freedom Woolcrafts cannot accept responsibility or liability for any alterations, delay or cancellation of the event or any other loss or damage caused by war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorist or threatened terrorist action, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, death of UK monarch and/or their spouse, or any other similar event outside our control.

Damages and breakages
You are responsible and liable to the venue directly for for any breakages or damages caused including any accidents that may occur. This applies to the whole property throughout your stay.

Car Parking and Personal Property
Cars are left at your own risk and we and the venue accept no liability to cars and contents of vehicles left within the grounds of The venue.
You are responsible for the security of your own possessions whilst on the retreat, Freedom Woolcrafts cannot accept any liability for any losses or damages that may occur.

Dietary and Special Requirements
Any dietary requirements or special requests for members of your party must be noted at the time of booking. If you, or any member of your party has any medical condition or disability that may affect your retreat please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as
to the suitability of this retreat.
We will endeavour to fulfil any special requests but cannot guarantee that they will be met; failure on our part to meet any special request will not constitute a breach of contract.

Website Accuracy
We do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. All distances are approximate.

ANY ABUSIVE, OFFENSIVE, VIOLENT, DANGEROUS, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR OF ANY KIND TOWARDS OTHERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR CONDONED AND WILL BE DEALT WITH APPROPRIATELY.
